Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus (almost 1/2 kg)
- 5 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Clean the tough ends of the asparagus with a vegetable peeler and cut them in big chunks.
